ParksFest Market Vendor Applications

ParksFest is a free community music festival that takes place annually at Garvin Park in Evansville, Indiana. Since 2014, ParksFest has connected the community to in a trifecta of music, arts, and nature. The main feature of the event is the all-day music, however, the market vendor area is an important piece of what makes ParksFest what it is. ParksFest typically can have up to 5,000 attendees throughout the day in a good year with good weather.

Please use this application to apply as a vendor for ParksFest. We want to be able to include all artists and craft vendors, but not all vendors who apply will be selected. You will hear from a ParksFest representative shortly after applying. The deadline to apply is Sept. 10. There is a vendor fee of $25 upon approval of your application.

ParksFest is from 12-10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022. Lighting is limited in the vendor space, so the vendor area may have to close to by sunset. Sunset will be 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 1, with twilight ending around 7:30 p.m.

Vendors are given an approximate 10×10 space in a field next to the main stage area at the festival. All vendors will have to use their own tables, chairs, tents, and other supplies needed for their space. No gas-powered generators are allowed (exceptions may apply for silent, inverter generators).
